Apartment complex Triptych enhanced its reputation when it won two awards at the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Victorian Awards for Excellence during December.

The building won awards for high density development and enviromental excellence at the annual ceremony.

Among the accolades was appreciation for its fytogreen garden – featured in the December edition of the Southbank Local News.

The awards also acknowledged the creativity of Triptych’s vertical villages, podium-level rooftop garden and gymnasium/swimming pool.

Managing director of Stable Group (Triptych developer) Danny Flynn said Stable was extremely honoured to accept the awards.

“We are honoured to accept these awards from the Urban Development Institute of Australia and believe it’s a testament to the quality of the project and the innovation within its design,” Mr Flynn said.

“We are absolutely delighted and look forward to be considered at the national awards for excellence in Perth,” he added.
