Walking group

Just In Time Personal Training is running a unique and free weekly walking group for the Southbank community.

In addition to walking through the most picturesque parts of Southbank and the Tan, they also include elements of their own personal training techniques.

Managing director of Just In Time Personal Training, Justin Moran, says the level of knowledge they provide differs them from other services.

“We apply a lot of sports science methods regarding education, posture, balance, injury prevention and stretching,” he said.

The walking group will meet at the Boyd Community Hub every Wednesday from 9.30 am – 10.30 am.

To register your interest and complete your pre-exercise questionnaire, email Justin at Justin@justintimept.com
