Art installations add to Arts Centre

As reported on page 5, Hamer Hall is close to completion and as part of  the opening an art display was unveiled last month.

“Silence” and “Falling light” are the work of  artists Robert Owen and Rachel Burke, in collaboration with Electrolight.
