Celebrating five years in Southbank

Roop Rani Hair and Beauty Salon celebrates 15 years in business and five years here in Southbank this September.

To mark its birthday celebrations, the salon is offering locals a range of amazing specials right in time for spring.

Operating at the busy Southgate shopping and dining complex, owner Rohini Ram said the mixture of both local and visiting customers had made Southbank a wonderful place to do business.

“We do get really good clientele here,” she said. “It’s a wonderful community here in Southbank.”

“We get really famous people coming in here too like opera singers, movie stars from Hollywood and Bollywood so we are very fortunate to serve a lot of nice and interesting people!”

To celebrate 15 years in business and five in Southbank, just some of the amazing specials Roop Rani will offer include:

  • Intraceutical dermabrasion facials for only $120.00 (usually $215).
  • Dead sea salt scrub and body massage for only $99.00 (usually $170).
  • Free installation with any full head of tape extensions purchase! Save over $300!

To take up on these specials, book yourself in for an appointment this September with one of Roop Rani’s professional and caring staff members. The salon also uses chemical free skin and hair products on all of its clients.

In addition to its birthday celebrations, on Sunday, October 8 Roop Rani will celebrate the Hindu holiday Karva Chauth, which is a tradition where women fast from sunrise to moonrise for the safety and longevity of their husbands.

A special evening ceremony will be held in the Southgate courtyard outside the salon and local women can also take up on a range of special offers as part of the celebrations.

With a name that reflects and takes pride in its Indian heritage, Rohini said Roop Rani was proud to serve the local community and looked forward to many more years in Southbank.

“The meaning of Roop Rani is beauty queen in Hindi,” she said. “I tell all of my clients you’ll walk out looking like a beauty queen.”

“Once you walk in you’ll be treated and pampered like a beauty queen and you’ll walk out looking like a beauty queen. That is our motto.”

Roop Rani is located at shop P5 Southgate Melbourne. For more information visit rooprani.com.au
