After more than 20 years of producing exquisite, handcrafted furniture for the international market, Gorsia Design has opened the doors to its very first Australian showroom in Southbank, Melbourne.

Gorsia Design - Melbourne’s newest home of luxury offers beautifully designed bespoke furniture without any limitations to size, colour, fabrics, metals and wood grain finishes.

Blending European quality and sensibilities, Gorsia Design’s contemporary, practical furniture is all handcrafted under the watchful eye of New York trained architect and founder Jay Gorsia.

Gorsia curates the best materials and inspiration from all over the world, transforming them into one-of-a-kind furniture pieces all crafted in the workshop based in Kolkata, India and delivered Australia-wide in just 12 weeks from purchase to arrival.

A functional approach to luxury design and a keen eye for detail can be seen in everything Gorsia creates. Fusing classicism with modernism, the designs embody refinement, sophistication, grace and clarity. Gorsia’s current product portfolio is a true reflection of intercontinental and transcendent inspiration, including unique pieces such as the Lawson table structured with cherry wood and aluminium cast legs, and the Richmond, a sophisticated sofa designed in reflection of the 1950’s era for ultimate comfort and elegant living.
