Look out Southbank! The boisterous boxer Bruno is here to smother you in kisses.

According to his owner, Southbank local and Canadian ex-pat Heather Sirett, this 21-week-old pup loves nothing more than showing his affection with a big lick on the face.

“He loves people, as soon as he sees them he just wants to attack them with kisses,” she said.

We don’t doubt the truth behind her assertion either. All the way through our talk, Heather was fending off the energetic affections of her four-legged friend. 

Despite the somewhat forceful advances of her little companion, Heather couldn’t stop smiling. It’s obvious the two share a special bond.

Bruno is a puppy through and through. “He has a lot of energy,” Heather said. “He sometimes goes crazy doing laps around the entire house.”

Even with his seemingly boundless amounts of puppy energy, Heather said Bruno was still a very intelligent and good dog.

“He listens very well and knows all his toys,” she said. “So I’ll say, go get your pig, or go get your baby and he’ll bring it to me,” she said. 

The naturally-talented Bruno isn’t even in puppy school yet. He’s just waiting on his last immunisations before becoming top of his class.
