Grammy and Academy Award nominated artist visits Melbourne for first time

Composer, pianist, producer, arranger, and recording artist Stephan Moccio is bringing his multitude of talents to Australia for the first time, with him scheduled to perform at the Melbourne Recital Centre on Friday, March 31.

Mr Moccio’s solo piano performance will take place in the centre’s Primrose Potter Salon from 7pm, and will include original neoclassical music from his acclaimed albums Tales of Solace and Lionheart.

He will also be performing renowned songs he has worked on, which will have the audience marvelling at his endless creativity.

Notable songs he has worked on in the past are Miley Cyrus’ iconic Wrecking Ball and The Weeknd’s Earned It, along with songs from Celine Dion, Dua Lipa and Avril Lavigne.

In addition to redefining the endless possibilities of piano music, Mr Moccio's performances are often emotive and captivating, with Australia set to be no different.

Following the visit to Melbourne, Mr Moccio will then be performing in Sydney and Brisbane.
