Social Inclusion Week concert hits Boyd
Southbank News | 10th December, 2013
Southbank locals were treated to an interactive concert from the School of Hard Knocks at Boyd Community Hub in November as part of Social Inclusion Week.
School of Hard Knocks members invited the public to sing along to a collection of songs from voice warm-up exercises to numbers from their adaptation of a musical.
The concert also included members from the original Choir of hard knocks (now known as the Choir of Hope and Inspiration).
The School of Hard Knocks is a social enterprise which encourages people who have experienced hardship and is ran by Jonathon Welch AM.
