Grey Goose unveils new Altius vodka and bespoke menu at Le Martini

Australia’s leading premium vodka has announced the launch of its latest high-end innovation, Grey Goose Altius, in collaboration with renowned bartender Giorgio Bargiani. Together, they’ve crafted a one-of-a-kind martini menu, available exclusively at Le Martini, the world’s first standalone Grey Goose bar.

Le Martini offers guests a luxurious setting to experience the exceptional quality and artistry of Grey Goose French vodka, immersing them in a world of refined craftsmanship and indulgence.

“We are delighted to mark the launch of Grey Goose’s new prestige offering with Giorgio - a great talent who has been a long-standing supporter of Grey Goose,” head of marketing at

Bacardi-Martini Australia and New Zealand,Sander Janmaat said.

“Giorgio’s new cocktails are a true reflection of Grey Goose’s incredible craftsmanship - we’re excited to welcome guests to Le Martini to try something new.”

Grey Goose Altius is a refined vodka made using a unique distillation process inspired by the effects of high-altitude crystallisation at extreme cold temperatures.

Crafted from French winter wheat and blended with pure spring water from the French Alps, it results in an exceptionally smooth vodka.

The new martini menu at Le Martini, designed to highlight the versatility of Grey Goose vodka, features three distinctive takes on the classic martini.

These include the Altius N5, a complex mix of Grey Goose Altius, elderflower liqueur, vermouth, and fino sherry, finished with an edible blue paint on the glass; the Golden Gibson, a savoury blend of aromatic ingredients that reinterprets the classic martini for a new era of mixology; and the Apricot and Cocoa Vesper, which introduces warm fruity notes for a modern twist on this timeless drink.

“For any mixologist, imagination, innovation and individuality are key, and the martini is the ultimate expression of these elements,” Mr Bargiani said.

“In conceiving this new menu for Le Martini, I wanted to pay tribute to the iconic characters that

have played a role in the popularisation of the martini around the world, highlighting signature ingredients, and of course, Grey Goose.”

“The result is a trio of martini-style cocktails named after the legendary painting of Bosch to highlight the delightful flavours that the cocktail collection offers.”

Le Martini is located on the Ground Floor at Crown Melbourne and is open Wednesday to Sunday from 5pm until late.
