OSK Property, the team behind the Melbourne Square precinct, has officially launched its newest residential tower, BLVD, “designed to engage and enhance the senses.”

A packed launch party in October saw speeches from key OSK personnel, including group managing director Ong Ju Yan, deputy group managing director Ong Ju Xing, OSK Property’s CEO, Woon Chong Boon, and sales and marketing director Ivy Chen, as well as live music, entertainment, and a live cooking demonstration from the team behind the award-winning farm-to-table culinary institution, O.MY restaurant.

According to OSK Property, 45 per cent of BLVD residences have already sold since the project was soft-launched in mid-April.

“Besides celebrating the launch of BLVD, the event was also to celebrate our partnerships with our business partners and key stakeholders in Melbourne Square, namely our channel partners, our financial partners, our project partners, and very importantly our joint-venture partner, EPF,” Mr Woon said.

BLVD brings together 591 residences across 73 storeys, private dining areas, two state-of-the-art gyms, a 25-metre indoor pool, entertainment spaces and a co-working area.

The tower will also be one of the first residential projects in Australia to pursue WELL Certification, meaning it has been designed to support the health and wellbeing of its residents.

BLVD’s carbon-neutral operation-enabled residences, gas-free design, EV charging, Zen garden, abundance of natural light and focus on fresh air, all contribute to the certification.

Along with the launch of a new residential tower, OSK Property has earmarked early February for the opening of Southbank’s newest basketball court.

The two temporary half courts will come as welcome relief for locals who have been without basketball facilities since the demolition of the Boyd and Queensbridge courts, which made way for the construction of residential towers. •
