Ray White Southbank opens doors for real estate careers night
Ray White Southbank will host a free careers and information evening on September 9, offering aspiring and experienced property professionals an inside look at working in the real estate industry.
Hosted by Ray White Southbank principal Andrew Salvo, the event will feature an interactive panel discussion with local sales agents and property managers sharing their pathways into the industry, lessons learned, and the experiences gained while building their careers through the Southbank office.
The evening is aimed at both established professionals considering their next move and newcomers interested in entering real estate.
Panel discussions will explore the realities of working in Melbourne’s property market, the training and mentoring available to new recruits, and the role technology, data and brand support can play in helping agents and property managers develop their careers.
Attendees will also have an opportunity to put questions directly to the panel during a live audience Q&A.
Mr Salvo said the event was designed to offer a transparent view of the industry and the way the Southbank office operates.
“We are constantly looking for exceptional people to join our growing team,” Mr Salvo said.
Whether you are an experienced agent feeling capped in your current setup or someone entirely new to the industry, this night is about transparency.
“We want to show you how our office operates, how our training works, and how the backing of Australia’s biggest real estate brand can help you achieve your personal and financial goals.”
Following the panel discussion, guests will be invited to stay for an informal networking session with complimentary cheese and wine.
The session will provide an opportunity to speak one-on-one with Mr Salvo, members of the office’s leadership team and participating panellists.
The event will be held from 6pm to 7pm on Wednesday, September 9 at 273 City Rd, Southbank.
Attendance is free, but registration is required due to the venue’s limited capacity. •
