Developer Time & Place, in partnership with MaxCap Group and Hickory, has announced the completion of stage one of The Queens-bridge Building – a milestone that marks the emergence of Southbank’s newest cultural and lifestyle precinct.

Fully sold out, stage one delivers the first residences of what is set to become one of Melbourne’s most distinctive new addresses. With stage two now under way and due for completion by the end of 2025, a limited number of two- and three-bedroom apartments remain, priced from $890,000 to $3.35 million.

Anchoring the rapidly evolving Southbank neighbourhood, The Queensbridge Building integrates residential living, luxury hospitality and dining. The project will include the soon-to-open Hannah St Hotel, operated by TFE Hotels, and five new restaurants and bars by The Mulberry Group – the creative minds behind Higher Ground, Hazel and The Kettle Black.

Among the venues will be Coupette Corner Bistro and Bar, Bar Hannah, The Terrace Lounge, Hannah St Coffee, and The Carriage Lounge, a moody late-night retreat designed for intimate gatherings.

Architecture firm Fraser & Partners designed the striking tower, while Melbourne interior practice Flack Studio curated its interiors. Residents will enjoy exclusive access to a range of amenities, including lap pools, wellness spaces, co-working facilities and private outdoor terraces, with Hannah St Hotel services extending to residents through the Clubhouse.

Time & Place director Tim Price said the project was already shaping into “the cornerstone of Southbank’s up-and-coming cultural and lifestyle scene.”

Affording a rare opportunity for purchasers to secure a David Flack-designed residence, The Queensbridge Building is punctuated by the Hannah St Hotel, new restaurants by The Mulberry Group, and experience-led residences that define the building, Mr Price said.

“The precinct is certain to become one of Melbourne’s most popular.”
