Stabbing at ABC building

An Ascot Vale man was arrested in October after stabbing another man in front of the ABC building on Southbank Boulevard.

The incident happened on October 7 at around 10pm.

Victoria Police said the man was trying to gain access to the building, but after being denied stabbed a passer-by in the shoulder.

The victim was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital with minor injuries.
