Local architect Hayball has put its controversial development at 135 Sturt St on the market.
The approved 18-storey development is being marketed by Colliers International as an “exclusive development site in the heart of the Arts Precinct”, with expressions of interest closing August 3.
The tower’s height and size within the Arts Precinct and low-rise Southbank Village has been the subject of fierce scrutiny from local residents.
The permit comprises 206 apartments as well as 878sqm of ground floors arts, retail and commercial space.
