DANCE TROUP LAUNCH EXHIBITION

A Torres Strait art exhibition was given a boost last month, with the appearance of the Badu Island Zugubal Traditional Dancers.

The dance group celebrated the exhibition “Performative Prints from the Torres Strait”, which can be viewed at the Arts Centre Melbourne.

One of the dancers, Alick Tipoti, also has artwork featured in the exhibition.

The exhibition runs until June 23 and is free.
