Marco Melbourne opens

The latest addition to Southbank’s skyline Marco Melbourne has been officially unveiled on Balston St.

The completion of the twin towers – 32 and 37 storeys respectively – comes as welcome news to the local community adding another important puzzle piece to the Boyd precinct.

The buildings comprise a mixture of more than 400 spacious one and two-bedroom residential dwellings and hotel rooms, which are operated by Sunshine Coast-based company Imagine Hotels and Resorts.

The new development comes complete with a range of luxurious residential amenities, while a new lobby cafe, which will be open to the public, will also be unveiled in June.
