No damp appetites!

The Southbank community barbecue at Boyd wasn’t inundated by wet weather on Thursday, May 19, but rather by an influx of hungry locals!

Despite the inclement weather, more than 100 attended the event as Southbank Rotarian’s whipped out the umbrellas and the tongs for the local community.

In what was the second successive community initiative following last month’s hugely successful Southbank Trivia Night, the event was another reminder just how much locals enjoy opportunities to engage with one and other.
