NOT QUITE SPRING, BUT FLOWERS ARE IN BLOOM

The Arts Centre’s latest show pleased fans of both dance and mother nature last month, as Botanica came to the stage.

The show, which had previously toured America, Europe and Hong Kong, came from dance company Momix and was inspired by nature and the science of plants, particularly flowers.

The visual spectacular has been compared to Cirque du Soleil and it’s easy to see why. The costumes were both spectacular and matched perfectly with the choreography.
